- Are Velocity products safe for all paint finishes, including matte and wraps? Most of our exterior lineup is completely safe for all clear coats, single-stage paints, vinyl wraps, and paint protection films (PPF). However, because our gloss enhancers are designed to maximize reflectivity, we recommend using matte-specific products for satin or matte finishes to avoid adding unwanted shine.
- Can I use the Velocity Ceramic Detailer if my car doesn't have a ceramic coating? Absolutely! While it works incredibly well as a booster to maintain and extend the life of an existing ceramic coating, it also stands alone as a highly durable, ultra-slick sealant. You will get brilliant water-beading and protection on any untreated paint.
- Do you sell these products directly to customers, or are they service-only? We believe you should be able to keep that "just-detailed" look alive between professional visits. We stock the complete Velocity Detailing Products retail lineup right here at our shop. You can purchase them directly from us during your next appointment, or stop by any time to grab what you need.
- Are the interior cleaners safe for delicate leather and touchscreens? Yes. Our interior formulas are balanced to lift dirt, dust, and body oils gently without the use of harsh solvents. They are safe for premium leather, vinyl, and plastic trim. For delicate touchscreens, we always recommend spraying the cleaner onto a clean microfiber towel first rather than spraying the screen directly.
